This is our members favourite class because YOU choose what YOU want! You also get variety because you get half a class of one style and half of another. So you may get half pump, step, boxing, tae-bo or something completely different! Let our instructors know what YOUR favourite classes are to make it all about you!
Boxing
Full body cardio workout using boxing gloves, focus mitts, body shields & bags - fun, hard work, relieve stress/frustration!

Heaps of fun & easy to follow using kicks & punches with a strong aerobic component for a full body cardio workout.
