Exercising with a personal trainer allows you to maximise your results, giving you 3 times the benefit of exercising on your own. Personal training is great if you need quick results, have limited time, lack motivation or get bored by training on your own. Your personal trainer will push you to work harder than training by yourself, correct your technique and guarantee you a fun interactive work-out that will maximise your success!

When Julie started with us, she was 88kg, a size 18 and had never run before in her life. In July this year, Julie ran 10km in the Gold Coast Marathon and now weighs 79kg. She has decreased her measurements by 22.5cm in total and has dropped 2 dress sizes, from 18 to now size 14.
