One of our very special members, Nicole Hintz is also a Mum, and the principle of L.J.Hooker Ormeau. Nicole was our Member of the Month for February and is now committed to shedding an extra 10kg. Nicole, like F Factor Fitness is committed to supporting the local community and has decided to get sponsors for each kilo lost and is donating all funds raised to Cystic Fibrosis.

F Factor has sponsored Nicole $10 per kilo. What can you contribute?

Cystic Fibrosis (CF) is a genetic condition that affects the lungs and digestive system, impairing the ability to breathe and digest food normally. It is the most common life threatening genetic condition affecting children in Australia today.

Statistics reveal that approximately 1 in 25 people in Australia are carriers of the CF gene. Daily medication, intensive physiotherapy and a special diet are needed to maintain a normal life. As yet, there is no cure for this life-threatening disease, however, with daily treatment most children now progress into adulthood.

At F Factor, we expect our team to practice what they preach! We also wanted to show our members that we too are human!! That is why our Team did a 6 Week Team Challenge! At the beginning we all had to complete a Personal Planning Sheet to declare our goals, what we wanted to achieve, commit to an exercise plan and keep both an exercise and food diary for the duration of the challenge. We were also weighed and measured at the beginning and end of the challenge & had before and after photos taken.

It is now up to YOU, our MEMBERS to vote who you believe is the winner. Now it is not just about weight loss, you need to consider what each individuals goals were, look at the food & exercise diaries, photos and measurements (before and after) to vote who you think should be the winner and runner-up. The voting slips and full details are all on the notice board at F Factor Ormeau.
